Eco Finish
Eco Finish – environmentally friendly water and stain resistant finish.
This water and stain resistant finish is applied to the outer fabric of your product so that water pearls up and runs right off – without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons (PFCs). This protects you from the rain and keeps the planet clean. Regular reapplication is necessary for permanent waterproofing and stain resistance.
PET Recycling
Recycled PET: high quality polyester made from recycled PET bottles.
Collect, clean, granulate and spin into high quality polyester yarn – that’s what’s involved in the recycling of PET bottles. In the manufacturing process, we can reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions by up to 50% while completely eliminating the use of new fossil fuels. This conserves resources and keeps our ecological footprint small.
My Climate
Climate-neutral product. The emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping are analyzed and systematically reduced. Emissions that are currently unavoidable are fully offset through myclimate.
Twist Adapter
Our saddlebags are attached with a twist-adapter. The twist adapter allows the saddlebag to be easily and quickly attached onto a plug-in adapter which is mounted between the saddle struts. Then with a half turn the bag is securely locked into place.
OSRAM
This product can be outfitted with the OSRAM LED Light ME UP Kit. The lighting system provides active illumination after dark or in other low-visibility conditions.
Light Me Up Kit
Light Me Up Kit – lighting system for backpacks and bags.The Light ME UP Kit increases your visibility in the early morning or late evening hours and in foggy conditions because you can turn it on at any time. It provides red illumination and consists of two TPU light strands that are powered by a powerbank (not included in the set). The lighting system can be directly mounted on LED Ready products and can also be attached to the straps of your backpack using the attachment kit. This allows it to be combined with most VAUDE backpacks and bags. Whether cycling, playing sports or on a night ski tour, you can be ensured of good visibility.

VAUDE TOOL LED

The VAUDE Tool LED practical bag is not only easily attached to the saddle with our Twist-Adapter system, it’s also “OSRAM ready”! This means that an OSRAM LED optical fiber kit (sold separately) can be attached to the bike bag for 270-degree visibility in combination with a compact portable battery. So you won’t have to worry about extending your ride into the evening, and you’ll have better visibility on the road during transitional seasons as well. The OSRAM light takes up hardly any space and leaves plenty of room for tools, energy bars or a lightweight windproof vest. With reflective elements and a practical attachment point for a safety light.
