Eco Finish
Eco Finish – environmentally friendly water and stain resistant finish.
This water and stain resistant finish is applied to the outer fabric of your product so that water pearls up and runs right off – without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbons (PFCs). This protects you from the rain and keeps the planet clean. Regular reapplication is necessary for permanent waterproofing and stain resistance.

Climate-neutral product. The emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping are analyzed and systematically reduced. Emissions that are currently unavoidable are fully offset through myclimate.
Recycled Polyamide
Recycled Polyamide – functional polyamide from resource-efficient production.Recycled polyamide obtained from used items such as fishing nets or carpets. Rather than disposing of surplus materials or residuals from textile production, we collect, process and reuse them in our production facilities. Valuable resources are put to maximal use so we need as little new raw materials as possible, protecting our climate and saving CO2.

VAUDE BIG ATTENDANT 4

The VAUDE Big Attendant 4 is a medium-sized, stable and compact-fitting waist pack with 4L of volume and an integrated water bottle holder. This bag is a great choice for mountain running, nordic walking and cross-country skiing, but also for smaller hiking tours, city sightseeing, bike tours and excursions as there’s also enough space for a compressible windbreaker and other small items. Even large Nalgene bottles can be transported in the Big Attendant 4. It features a large main compartment, a separate front compartment and a very stretchy mesh pocket for quick access to your hat or gloves without having to put the bag down. The spacious hip wings will keep your phone, wallet, sunscreen or a protein bar easily accessible. Reflective elements and a mounting option for a safety light are also practical details.

 

The VAUDE Big Attendant 4 features eco-friendly manufacturing from primarily recycled materials and is made with eco-friendly, water-repellent Eco Finish without fluorocarbons (PFC). It’s also made with recycled polyamide obtained from used items such as fishing nets or carpets. Rather than disposing of surplus materials or residuals from textile production, we collect, process and reuse them in our production facilities. The Big Attendant 4 is also climate neutral. We’ve analyzed and systematically reduced all emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping. Emissions that are currently unavoidable were fully offset by the independent non-profit organization myclimate. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable and bluesign® certified materials.
