As a young adventurer, Kareen Brochu-Harvey has the ability to find opportunities wherever she goes. Moreover, she firmly believes that everything is possible to whoever really wants it. According to her, everything is a question of state of mind. Passionate about nature, she loves the idea of going for several days in the mountains with her bag on her back and a few essential items. In fact, several times a month, she sets off on new long hiking trails. It is, in a way, her specialty!
Her nickname, L’aventurière des bois, was born from her passion for the forest mixed with her desire to do more and more by going further and further. In fact, she encourages people to go out and explore the natural environments around them by sharing her adventures and outdoor tips on social networks. A graphic designer by profession, she has a particular attraction for what is visually beautiful and, you will agree, Mother Nature often does things right with her landscapes! Her profession has therefore allowed her to develop her second passion: photography, which she puts into practise as often as she can.
Funny fact: There is nothing more pleasant for her than being in the mountains at sunset to absorb the orange light hitting her face. This feeling is so energizing!
Always with her hiking boots in her feet, winter and summer, you can find her on a trail somewhere in Quebec or even elsewhere in the world, who knows! Otherwise, she might be at home shooting a video for her Youtube channel, writing a blog post, editing photos or preparing her Backpack for her next adventure.
Kareen dreams of hiking all the trails of our beautiful planet and having a positive impact, however small, in the outdoor world.
